  • 12 oz (340g) spaghetti
  • Salt, for pasta water
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Vegetables

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
